摘  要:为了获得最佳的竞争优势,汽车公司需要持续更新产品。因此,汽车公司必须找到新的产品开发技术和设计方法,有效获取和满足消费者需求,从而创造性地解决问题,找到理想的解决方案。鉴于此,主要基于集成质量功能配置(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)和发明问题解决理论(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,TRIZ),探讨汽车副仪表台的创新设计决策方法和解决需求冲突的技术,深入研究设计决策过程。In order to obtain the best competitive advantage,automobile companies need to continuously update their products.Therefore,automobile companies must find new product development technology and design methods to effectively obtain and analyze the needs of consumers,so as to creatively solve problems and find ideal solutions.Based on the integrated Quality Function Deployment(QFD)and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ),this paper mainly discusses the innovative design decision-making method and the technology of solving the demand conflict of the automobile auxiliary instrument panel,and makes an in-depth study on the design decision-making process.
