摘　　要：根据客户提供的齿轮图纸,分析齿轮参数、精度等级、滚齿加工毛坯硬度及其他特殊要求,提出滚齿齿轮加工方案的制定方法和齿轮节拍计算方法。此方法可判断某种滚齿机是否能够满足客户要求,对滚齿加工工艺具有重要的指导意义。According to the gear drawing provided by the customer,analyze the gear parameters,accuracy grade,the hardness of the hobbing blank and other special requirements,and propose the formulating method of the hobbing gear processing plan and the calculation method of the gear beat.This method can judge whether a certain gear hobbing machine can meet customer requirements,and has important guiding significance for the gear hobbing process.
