摘　　要：机械制造加工设备的管理和维修工作是确保设备正常运行和顺利推进生产的重要保障。机械设备的各种故障均可能影响机器制造生产的正常进行,其中最严重的是安全问题,造成的实际影响往往远大于相关数据。因此,推进机械制造加工设备的管理和维修工作时应该注意安全问题,强化安全因素,心怀安全意识,时刻秉持安全理念。基于此,在分析机械制造加工设备管理和维修过程中暴露的问题的基础上,探讨安全管理和维修的优化策略。The management and maintenance of mechanical manufacturing equipment is an important guarantee to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the smooth progress of production.All kinds of mechanical equipment faults may affect the normal production of machine manufacturing,the most serious problem is safety,the actual impact is often far greater than the relevant data.Therefore,in promoting the management and maintenance of machinery manufacturing and processing equipment,we should pay special attention to safety issues,strengthen safety factors,have safety awareness,and always uphold the safety concept.In view of this,based on the analysis of the main problems exposed in the process of mechanical processing equipment management and maintenance,this paper discusses the optimization strategy of safety management and maintenance.
