后勤单位资产管理与财务管理协同作用研究

摘　　要：资产管理和财务管理协同配合,能更有效的提升后勤单位资产管理水平和使用效率,同时更准确的反映财务核算中资产的价值,防止国有资产流失,保证国有资产保值增值。通常后勤单位比较常见的问题是资产管理和财务管理协同配合还不到位,待集中资产清查时才可能发现资产损失、账实不符等问题,因此需要加强资产管理与财务管理的协同配合,通过对资产管理环节的梳理,实现资产流程化管理,有效利用资产信息化管理平台,提高资产管理效益与水平,提高财务信息质量,提升后勤单位服务职能水平。The coordination of asset management and financial management can effectively improve the asset management level and use efficiency of logistics units,and at the same time accurately reflect the value of assets in financial accounting,prevent the loss of state-owned assets,and ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.Generally,a common problem of logistics units is that the coordination of asset management and financial management is not in place,and problems such as asset losses and accounting inconsistencies may be discovered when the centralized asset inventory is checked.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the coordination and cooperation of asset management and financial management,through the combing of asset management links,to achieve asset management in a process,to effectively use asset information management platforms,to improve the efficiency and level of asset management,to improve the quality of financial information,and to improve the services of logistics units.
