摘 要:随着现代战争的不断发展,各种极端环境,尤其是热环境严重影响官兵健康和部队战斗力。目前,部队中暑等热致疾病发病率高,部分人员对热致疾病的发生机制、快速诊断及合理治疗认识不清。本文从热环境对战斗力的影响、热射病预防策略以及康复归队三个方面,探讨热环境对军队战斗力的影响及热致疾病防治策略,以期为疾病防治和官兵教育提供参考。With the development of modern warfare,various extreme environments,especially thermal environments,are seriously affecting the health and the combat effectiveness of troops.At present,the incidence of heat illness and other heat-related diseases is high in army,some medical service staff have inadequate understanding of its occurrence mechanism,rapid diagnosis and reasonable treatment measures.This paper discusses the influence of thermal environment on combat effectiveness and the prevention and treatment strategies of heat illness from the perspectives of the influence of thermal environment on combat effectiveness,the prevention strategy of thermal diseases and the rehabilitation of the troops,thus providing references for disease prevention and treatment as well as soldiers’education.
