摘　　要：[目的]探讨冠心病患者Gensini评分与半乳糖凝集素3(Galectin-3)及血脂指标的相关性。[方法]选取52例冠心病患者为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)组,另选取经心电图和病史排除冠心病的健康体检者48例为对照组,比较两组血脂、Galectin-3水平,分析冠心病患者血脂及Galectin-3水平与Gensini评分的关系。[结果]CHD组TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、APO-A水平低于对照组,APO-B、APO-B/APO-A比值、Galectin-3水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CHD组Gensini评分与TC、LDL-C及Galectin-3水平呈正相关(P<0.05);CHD组Galectin-3与TC、LDL-C水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]血清Galectin-3水平与冠心病患者Gensini评分呈正相关,可作为评价冠状动脉病变严重程度的参考指标。[Objective]To explore the correlation between the Gensini score and the Galectin-3 and blood Lipid index in the patients with coronary heart disease.[Methods]Fifty two patients with coronary heart disease were selected into the CHD group,and 48 healthy people without coronary heart disease examined by ECG and medical history were selected into the control group to compare the levels of blood lipids and Galectin-3.The correlation between blood lipids and Galectin-3 levels and Gensini score in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed.[Results]The TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,and APO-A of the CHD group were lower than those of the control group,and the APO-B,ratio APO-B/APO-A,and the Galectin-3 level were higher than those of the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05);Gensini score in CHD group was positively correlated with TC,LDL-C and Galectin-3 levels(P<0.05);Galectin-3 in CHD group was positively correlated with TC and LDL-C levels(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The serum Galectin-3 level is positively correlated with Gensini score of patients with coronary heart disease,and it can be used as a reference index for evaluating the severity of coronary artery disease.
