摘  要:在低压无水染色体系中,分别选用C.I.分散红50和C.I.分散橙44对涤纶进行染色,分析了N-氰乙基数量对染料在染色介质中溶解度、上染率、提升力及色牢度的影响,并结合量子化学密度泛函理论(DFT)在B3LYP/6-311++G(d,P)水平下进行理论分析。结果表明,随着染料分子结构中N-氰乙基数量从1增加到2,染料在染色介质中的溶解度显著降低,上染速率明显加快,上染率提高了38%,各项色牢度差异不大,均达到4级及以上。理论计算也表明,N-氰乙基数量的增多提高了染料与纤维的结合能力和染料在涤纶上的上染率。C.I.Disperse Red 50 and C.I.Disperse Orange 44 are selected to polyester fabric dyeing in low pressure waterless dyeing system.The relationship between the number of N-cyanoethyl and solubility,dyeing rate,building up and fastness is investigated.It is also confirmed by the results of quantum chemical density functional theory(DFT)calculations at B3LYP/6-311++G(d,P)level.The results show that the solubility of dyes is significantly reduced with an increasing of N-cyanoethyl from one to two,while the dyeing rate increases by 38%.The color fastness has no difference in both two dyes,which reaches Grade 4 and above.Theoretical calculations also show that the increase in the number of N-cyanoethyl groups improves the interaction between dye molecule and polyester fibers and the dye-uptake on polyester.
