摘　　要：采用天龙系列酸性染料对尼龙56/羊毛混合纤维进行一浴一步法染色,通过加入合适的缓染剂,考察染液pH、染色时间、染色温度等因素的影响,优化了染色工艺条件。染色结果表明:在染料质量分数为1%(omf),染液pH为4,染色时间60 min(天龙红A2R、天龙蓝A2R)或100 min(天龙黄A2R),染色温度为98℃时,天龙黄A2R和天龙红A2R染料采用0.1 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠作为缓染剂,天龙蓝A2R染料采用0.5 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠作为缓染剂,尼龙56/羊毛混合纤维可获得较佳的染色同色性。经单宁酸/吐酒石固色后的染色样品耐皂洗色牢度达到4~5级。One-bath one-step dyeing of nylon 56/wool blended fiber is carried out with Tianlong series acid dyes.The influences of pH,dyeing time and dyeing temperature on the dyeing results are studied by adding suitable retarder.The results show that when the mass fraction of dye is 1%(omf),the pH of dyeing solution is 4,the dyeing time is 60 min(for Tianlong Red A2R and Tianlong Blue A2R)or 100 min(for Tianlong Yellow A2R),and the dyeing temperature is 98℃,0.1 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate is used as retarder for Tianlong Yellow A2R and Tianlong Red A2R,and 0.5 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate is used as retarder for Tianlong Blue A2R,nylon 56/wool blended fiber can obtain good dyeing homochromaticity.After tannic acid/tartar vomit fixation,the color fastness to soaping of the dyed samples reaches Grade 4-5.
