摘  要:采用研磨分散法制备了液体分散蓝79,研究了不同结构的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和工艺因素对液体分散蓝79粒径及分布的影响,测试了液体分散蓝79的储存稳定性和染色性能。结果表明:脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚亲疏水链段比例的控制对研磨分散效果影响很大,十八胺聚氧乙烯醚1815具有较高的研磨分散效率;液体分散蓝79具有很高的储存稳定性,染色得色量高于粉体染料,且染色废水COD远低于粉体染料。Liquid Disperse Blue 79 is prepared by grinding and dispersion method.The effect of the structure of fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether and process factors on the particle size and distribution of Liquid Disperse Blue 79 are studied.The storage stability and dyeing properties of Liquid Disperse Blue 79 are tested.The results show that the proportion of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic segments of the fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether has a great influence on the grinding and dispersion.Octadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether 1815 has a high grinding and dispersion efficiency.The Liquid Disperse Blue 79 has high storage stability,the color yield is higher than that of the powder dye,and the COD of dyeing effluents is lower than that of the powder dye.
