摘 要:以γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为硅烷偶联剂对纳米TiO_(2)表面进行改性,采用改性纳米TiO_(2)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯为聚合单体,通过无皂乳液聚合法制备纳米TiO_(2)/有机氟改性聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液,并将其应用于亚麻织物整理。采用红外光谱对乳液胶膜进行分析,以XRD和TG对表面改性的TiO_(2)进行分析,并测试复合乳液粒径分布及大小,以及织物抗紫外线性能等。结果表明:TiO_(2)表面经KH-570改性后,具有良好的分散性,降低了TiO_(2)自身的团聚。制备的无皂乳液稳定,粒径分布均匀。经无皂乳液整理的亚麻织物柔软光滑,疏水角达到134.78°;整理织物的抗紫外线性能明显提高,UPF达到63.7。Surface modification of nano-TiO_(2)byγ-(methacryloyloxy)propyl trimethoxysilane(KH-570)as silane coupling agent,using modified nano-TiO_(2),methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate,and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate as polymerization monomers,a soap-free emulsion finishing agent for nano-TiO_(2)/organofluoride modified polyacrylate is prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization,and is applied to linen fabric.The emulsion film is analyzed by infrared spectrum,the surface modified TiO_(2)is analyzed by XRD and TG,and the particle size distribution and size of composite emulsion,as well as the UV resistance of fabric are tested.The results show that the surface of TiO_(2)is modified by KH-570,which has good compatibility and reduces its agglomeration.The prepared soap-free emulsion is stable and has a uniform particle size distribution.The linen fabric finished with soap-free emulsion is soft and smooth with a hydrophobic angle of 134.78°.The UV resistance of the finished fabric is obviously improved,and the UPF value reaches 63.7.
