摘　　要：目的调查护理人员患者安全文化认知现状,探索其影响因素,为推动患者安全文化建设、保障患者安全提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、医院患者安全文化调查问卷对陕西省5所实施“5+1”S精益管理的三级甲等医院517名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员患者安全文化总均分为(3.76±0.41)分,积极反应率为76.21%处于较高水平,多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、性别、职称、最高学历、婚姻状况及参与“5+1”S培训是患者安全文化的主要影响因素。结论护士对患者安全文化认知处于较高水平但仍有提升空间,护理管理者应积极运用“5+1”S管理等现代质量管理工具,重视差错的非惩罚性反应、员工配置、事件报告频率等领域的改进,客观认识患者安全文化对护士认知的影响,持续改进护理管理以促进患者安全。Objective To investigate nurses'cognition status of patient safety culture and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction of patient safety culture and ensure patients'safety.Methods The General Data Questionnaire and The Hospital Patient Safety Culture Questionnaire were used to investigate 517 nurses in 53A-level hospitals in Shaanxi Province,which implemented the"5+1"S lean management.Results The total average score of patient safty culture in nurses was(3.76±0.41)and the positive response rate was 76.21%,which was at a high level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,gender,professional title,the highest educational background,marital status and whether participating in"5+1"management training were the main influencing factors.Conclusion Nurses'cognition of patient safety culture is at a high level,but there is still room for improvement.Nursing managers should actively use modern quality management tools such as"5+1"S management,pay attention to non-punitive response to errors,staff allocation and improvements in areas sach as reporting frequency,objectively understand the impact of patient safety culture on nurses'cognition,and continuously improve nursing management to promote patient safety.
