摘　　要：为了实现智能化生产,采用西门子最新型的PLC和触摸屏作为喷油泵试验台的控制中枢和显示界面,实现了自动控制实验台的主轴转速、喷油计数、燃油温度、燃油压力等等,完成了喷油泵在任意工况下喷油量的测量;采用了数字化称重模块,极大地提高了喷油量的测量精度;优化了人机交互界面,提高了系统安全警报功能;多年来正常运行的结果表明,该系统实现了试验台的自动化和智能化,达到了电机转速范围0~3000 rpm,电机转速误差为±2 rpm,单次测试喷油泵的时间小于20分钟等指标,完全满足企业的实际生产需要。In order to realize intelligent production,Siemens latest PLC and touch screen are used as the control center and display interface of the fuel injection pump test-bed.The spindle speed,fuel injection count,fuel temperature,fuel pressure and so on of the test-bed are automatically controlled,and the fuel injection quantity of the fuel injection pump under any working condition is measured.The digital weighing module is adopted,which greatly improves the accuracy of the fuel injection quantity It optimizes the man-machine interface and improves the system security alarm function.The results of normal operation for many years show that the system realizes the automation and intellectualization of the test bench,achieves the motor speed range of 0 to 3000 rpm,motor speed error of±2 rpm,single test injection pump time less than 20 minutes and other indicators,fully meets the actual production needs of enterprises.
