摘  要:交流灯丝转换继电器的可靠性对铁路色灯信号机的安全运行至关重要,转换时间为反映其可靠性的重要参数;针对目前交流灯丝转换继电器转换时间测量不准确的问题,文章提出了基于最小二乘法和改进交流峰值快速计算法的转换时间提取方法;以某型号交流灯丝转换继电器为研究对象,搭建参数测试系统对线圈电流和触点电压进行采集,通过最小二乘法对线圈电流进行拟合,求取最优参数,建立线圈断电模型,得出缓放时间,然后利用改进的交流峰值快速计算方法对触点电压进行变换求出触点弹跳时间;最后通过多次实验,结合高速相机拍摄触点运动图像序列分析,结果表明测量精度在1%以内,达到了转换时间检测系统的设计要求。The reliability of the AC filament conversion relay is vital to the safe operation of the railway color light signal machine,and the conversion time is an important parameter reflecting its reliability.In view of the problem of low accuracy of current measuring methods,the article proposes a conversion time extraction method based on the least square method and the improved fast amplitude calculation method.Taking a type of AC filament conversion relay as the research object,a parameter acquisition system is built to complete the acquisition of coil current and contact voltage.Fit the coil current by the least square method and obtain the optimal parameters,the coil power-off model was established to obtain the release time,then use the improved fast amplitude calculation method to transform the contact voltage to obtain the contact bounce time.Finally,through several measurements,combined with the high-speed camera to shoot the contact moving image sequence,the analysis results show that the measurement accuracy can be controlled within 1%,which meets the design requirements of the conversion time detection.
