摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,印度穆斯林和印度教徒、斯里兰卡佛教徒和穆斯林之间的冲突,以及巴基斯坦和孟加拉国对宗教少数群体和世俗主义者的攻击愈演愈烈。这释放出一个明显的信号,即南亚宗教民族主义的再次崛起。与宗教既可以是“和平的使者”,又可以作为“动乱的根源”一样,南亚宗教民族主义的崛起,既有积极的一面,也有消极的影响。南亚宗教民族主义经常与所在国的政治、经济、种族和宗教等问题交织在一起,并在一定条件下“相互建构”,对所在国的政治过程、地区安全和稳定及政治生态等方面产生了重要的影响。Since the 21st century,conflicts between Muslims and Hindus in India,Buddhists and Muslims in Sri Lanka,as well as attacks on religious minorities and secularists in Pakistan and Bangladesh have intensified,which signifies the re-emergence of South Asian religious nationalism.Just as religion can be both the“source of turmoil”and the“messenger of peace”,the rise of religious nationalism in South Asia has both positive and negative effects.South Asian religious nationalism is often intertwined with the political,economic,racial,and religious issues,and under certain conditions all these elements could“mutually construct”,which are essential to a nation’s political process,regional security and stability,and even the world’s political structure.At the national dimension,the rise of religious nationalism has exacerbated the division and turmoil of South Asian countries and has subtly shaped their foreign policies.At the regional dimension,the rise of religious nationalism has created a negative spillover risk for regional security,and its radical tendency has worsened the security situation in the entire region.At the world dimension,the rise of South Asian religious nationalism threatens the existing world order,may lead to the regression of the democratic system,and even may trigger world-wide xenophobia.
