摘  要:高周疲劳和低周疲劳交互作用产生的高低周复合疲劳会引起汽轮机转子钢10Cr-1Mo-1V的快速失效。研究了高低周复合载荷下10Cr-1Mo-1V钢的应变-寿命特性,通过分析应变比-寿命比的关系,提出一种研究高低周复合疲劳寿命的新方法。通过引入四种材料的高低周复合疲劳实验数据,用于不同工况下模型的验证与分析。结果表明,所提出的模型与实验值较好地吻合,对于承受复合疲劳工况的材料,其适用性较强,所需参数较少。The combined high and low cycle fatigue caused by the interaction of high cycle fatigue and low cycle fatigue will lead to rapid failure of 10Cr-1Mo-1V of the turbine rotor steel.The strain-life characteristics of 10Cr-1Mo-1V steel under CCF loads were studied.By analyzing the relationship between the strain ratio and life ratio,a new method for studying the fatigue life of CCF was proposed.In order to verify the proposed life prediction model,four experimental datasets were induced for model validation under different conditions.The results show that the proposed model has good agreement with the experimental values,and the model is of good suitability to the materials subjected to CCF conditions and requires fewer parameters.
