摘  要:城市中早、晚高峰时期的"潮汐交通"现象严重影响了交通系统的效率。为了缓解早、晚高峰时期交通不平衡现象造成的交通拥堵和道路资源浪费现象,从网络的角度出发,提出了缓解路段交通流不平衡的可变车道调整方法,并构建了双层规划模型。其中上层模型寻求最优的可变车道布置方案,以最小化网络的总出行时间,下层模型根据用户平衡模型进行交通流分配。为求解所提出的模型,设计了嵌套Frank-Wolfe算法的遗传算法,并基于经典的Sioux Falls网络进行了数值试验。结果表明:采取可变车道布置方案后,网络出行者的总出行时间大大降低;在允许的投资费用下,尽可能多地设置可变车道可为网络高效运行发挥积极作用。可见提出的模型可为交通管理者改善交通网络运行效率提供理论支持。The operational efficiency of the urban traffic network is affected by the phenomenon of“tidal flow”during the morning peak and evening peak.In order to relieve the phenomenon of unbalanced traffic flow and the waste of road resources,a bi-level programming model was proposed to optimize the deployment of reversible lanes from the point of traffic network.The upper-level model was used to find the optimal deployment of reversible lanes to minimize the total travel time of the traffic network,while the lower-level model which was a network equilibrium model was proposed to assign the traffic flow.To address the proposed model,a genetic algorithm which incorporated Frank-Wolfe algorithm was designed.Numerical examples were conducted based on the Sioux Falls network.The results show that the total travel time is reduced greatly when reversible lanes are deployed in the traffic network.Moreover,under an allowable investment,the operational performance of traffic network can be improved when more reversible lanes are deployed.It is concluded that the proposed model can provide theoretical insights for traffic managers to improve the operational efficiency of traffic network.
