摘 要:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混胶可以制备机械强度高、耐高温性能好的橡胶材料。本文通过开放式炼胶机对胶料进行共混,采用过氧化物交联剂对MVQ相进行单相硫化制备了EPDM/MVQ(70/30)选择性硫化材料(EPDM/v-MVQ材料),并利用旋转流变仪对其进行了动态流变行为测试,结合SEM和界面剥离强度的测试结果,对EPDM/v-MVQ材料的形态结构及界面交联作用进行了观察和研究。结果表明:过氧化物交联剂可以使EPDM/MVQ共混物形成界面交联,随着交联剂用量的增多,相界面间的交联程度提高,界面间的黏结性提高,相间交联作用的存在很大程度上改善了EPDM/MVQ的界面相容性。同时,形貌分析和剥离强度的结果也验证了动态流变行为研究橡胶共混物形态结构的适用性。Methylvinyl silicone rubber(MVQ)and ethylene propylene diene dimethicone(EPDM)can be blended to prepare rubber materials with high mechanical strength and high temperature resistance.Based on open rubber mixing mechanism for the EPDM/MVQ selective sulfide material(70/30)(EPDM/v-MVQ material),using peroxide crosslinking agent of MVQ phase to single phase crosslinking,and by using rotating rheometer on the dynamic rheological behavior test,combined with SEM and interface of peel strength test results,the morphological structure of EPDM/v-MVQ material and interfacial crosslinking effect was observed and studied.The results showed that peroxide crosslinking agent could make EPDM/MVQ blend form co-crosslinking,with the increase of the amount of crosslinking agent,the degree of cross-linking between the phases was improved,the bonding between the interfaces was increased,and the interphase cross-linking effect greatly improved the interface compatibility of EPDM/MVQ.At the same time,the results of morphology analysis and peel strength verified the applicability of dynamic rheological behavior to predict the morphological structure of polymer blends in EPDM/v-MVQ system,indicating that the prediction of dynamic rheological behavior on morphological structure is applicable to EPDM/v-MVQ materials.
