摘 要:目的探究瑞舒伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激及微小microRNA(miRNA)mir-34a和沉默信息调节因子1(silent information regulator 1,SIRT1)表达的影响。方法2型糖尿病患者95例采用随机字母表法分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=48),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较2组患者血脂水平[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MAD)]与mir-34a、SIRT1表达水平。结果治疗后,观察组LDL-C、TC、TG均较治疗前下降,且明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组HDL-C水平较治疗前升高,且明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP均较治疗前下降,且各指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SOD较治疗前升高,且明显高于对照组(P>0.05),观察组MAD水平较治疗前降低,且明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组mir-34a表达水平较治疗前下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组SIRT1表达水平较治疗前升高,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可降低2型糖尿病肾病血脂水平与氧化应激反应,减轻机体炎症,并能够调节mir-34a、SIRT1表达,对抑制疾病进展具有重要临床意义。Objective To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin on oxidative stress and the expression levels of microRNA(miRNA),mir-34a and silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total 95 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=48)according to random alphabetic method.The patients in control group were given routine treatment,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by rosuvastatin.The serum levels of blood lipid,inflammatory factors,oxidative stress,and the expression levels of mir-34a and SIRT1 were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of LDL-C,TC and TG in observation group were significantly decreased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the levels of HDL-C in observation group were significantly increased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP and MAD in observation group were significantly decreased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the levels of SOD in observation group were significantly increased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the expression levels of mir-34a in observation group were significantly decreased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the levels of SIRT1 in observation group were significantly increased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin can decrease the levels of blood lipid and oxidative stress,relieve the inflammati
