摘  要:针对我国干旱半干旱地区中小设施农业种植灌溉中自动化程度低、水资源浪费大的问题,设计了以可编程序控制器为核心的水肥一体灌溉系统。系统具有超限报警、阈值设置、自动检测和自动灌溉施肥等功能。试验结果表明,系统误差较小、稳定性高、操作简单和成本低廉,能够有效提高水肥使用效率,满足中小设施农业种植户的需求。Aiming at low automation level and serious waste of water resources in the irrigation of small and medium-sized facilities in arid and semi-arid regions of China,a programmable logic controller(PLC)-based water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system was designed and it had such functions as over-limit alarm,threshold setting,automatic detection as well as automatic irrigation and fertilization.Experimental results indicated that the proposed system with small error,high stability,simple operation and low cost could effectively improve utilization efficiency of water and fertilizer and satisfy the requirement of agricultural farmers of small and medium-sized facilities.
