摘 要:由于具有在短距离内测距精度高的优势,超宽带(ultra-wide band,UWB)定位技术在变电站巡检与安全管控等场合得到越来越多的应用。结合UWB定位技术的原理与技术特点,提出了基于UWB定位技术的变电站安全监控方案。给出了安全监控系统的设计框架,对安全监控系统的硬件架构与软件结构进行了设计,并根据变电站的实际需求预置了相应算法与判据,完成了基于UWB定位技术的变电站安全监控系统设计。现场实测结果表明,基于UWB定位技术的变电站安全监控系统能够对站内的目标进行有效定位,定位精度满足现场作业需求,并能够对越位人员及时发出预警信号,进一步验证了监控系统的正确性。Ultra-wide Band(UWB)positioning technology is more and more widely applied in substation patrol and safety control due to its high ranging accuracy over short distance.Under consideration of its principle and technical characteristics,a substation safety monitoring scheme based on the UWB positioning technology was proposed in this paper.A system design framework was given,and the hardware architecture and software structure of the safety monitoring system were developed.Furthermore,corresponding algorithms and criteria were preset according to actual demand of the substation,and a design of substation safety monitoring system was completed on the basis of the UWB positioning technology.Field measurement results showed that the substation safety monitoring system based on the UWB positioning technology could effectively locate the targets at the substation.The positioning accuracy could meet the requirements of field operation and could send early warning signal to overstepping personnel in time,thus verifying the correctness of the designed monitoring system.
