摘　　要：阳虚体质是由于阳气不足、失于温煦,以形寒肢冷等虚冷现象为主要特征的一种体质状态。以阳气的生理功能和阳虚的病理表现为切入点,从阳虚体质的体质特征、相关病证及方药应用等方面进行了具体分析,多维度地阐述了阳虚体质人群在“阳”不足的状态下,所变生出来的各种病理表现,并阐述了相关方药的应用,对今后的调体预防和临床疾病治疗起到重要的指导作用。Yang deficiency constitution is a constitution status caused by a general lack of yang,and its main characteristic is fear of cold.This article conducts a concrete analysis from aspects including formation basis,classification and prescription application of yang deficiency constitution,multi-dimensionally expounds the various symptoms of yang defciency constitution in the state of defciency of“yang”,and further expounds the application of the related prescription,which can play an important guiding role on the future constitution adjustment to prevent disease and clinical disease treatment.
