摘　　要：月经不调是育龄期妇女多发病、常见病,西医主要以激素治疗为主,中医辨证治疗具有明显优势。王建玲主任治疗月经不调主要以补养先天之肾为主,注重调养后天之脾胃,同时兼顾疏肝理气通经。在遣方用药中擅于运用对药及角药,常用的对药及角药有佛手-玫瑰花、荷叶-桑叶、丹参-泽兰、菟丝子-覆盆子-桑葚子、黄精-紫河车-制何首乌等,临床辨证论治,灵活应用,疗效显著。Abnormal menstruation is a common and frequently occurring disease in women of childbearing age.Western medicine mainly takes hormone therapy as the main treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment has obvious advantages.Director WANG Jianling’s treatment of abnormal menstruation is mainly to nourish the kidney born,pay attention to recuperate the acquired spleen and stomach,and at the same time to soothe the liver,regulate qi and stimulate the menstrual flow.She is good at using paired herbs and triplet herbs in prescriptions,the commonly used were bergamot-rose,lotus leaf-mulberry leaf,salviae miltiorrhizae-lycopus lucidus,semen cuscutae-fructus rubi-mulberry,rhizoma polygonati-placenta hominis-radix polygonum multiflorum preparata,etc.The clinical treatment is based on syndrome differentiation,flexible application and remarkable curative effect.
