摘　　要：“管理学在中国”2020年会(第13届)围绕“危机管理与中国智慧”这一主题,基于当下中国管理实践所处的新情境,通过管理学者及实践者的深度对话,充分探讨了在突发危机情形下各个层面面临的管理问题,进一步深化了对本土管理实践与理论的理解。结合大会报告、会议论文以及现场交流情况对主要学术观点进行述评和展望。Around the conference theme of“Crisis Management and Chinese Wisdom”,the 2020 Annual Conference of Management in China(13th)focused on Chinese management practice in the new management context.Through the in-depth communications between management scholars and practitioners,the conference explored management issues at all levels under sudden crisis situations,which further deepened the understanding of local management practices and theories.Based on the conference reports,papers,and on-spot discussions,we made a review on the main views proposed at the conference.
