摘  要:根据某公司连续重整装置的实际运行情况,从原料和催化剂再生注氯等方面分析了氯的来源,阐述了氯对装置各系统的影响,并提出了相应的解决方案。在预加氢系统中采用连续注水冲洗的方法,防止其结盐堵塞和腐蚀;在重整系统中增设脱氯设施,降低氯含量,减轻氯对后续装置的影响;采用树脂在线脱氯技术净化溶剂,脱除苯抽提系统溶剂中的氯,减缓溶剂老化和酸化。这些方案的实施为装置的长周期平稳运行提供了保障。Based on the actual operation of a CCR unit in a company,the source of chloride was analyzed from the aspects of raw material and catalyst regeneration.The influence of chloride on each system was discussed and corresponding solutions were proposed.The method of continuous water injection was adopted in the pre-hydrogenation system to prevent salt blocking and reduce corrosion;dechlorination facilities were added in CCR unit to reduce chloride content and its influence on subsequent units;resin was used in the on-line dechlorination process for benzene extraction system to purify solvent,remove chloride in the solvent as well as slow down aging and acidification of the solvent.These measures ensured the long-term stable operation of the device.
