摘 要:实施输电断面的识别与控制,对于电力系统防御连锁跳闸事故的发生以及整个系统安全可靠运行具有重要意义。提出了一种基于AP聚类算法的输电断面识别方法,选取各节点的负欧式距离,即考虑地理位置实现电力网络的分区,识别出初始的输电断面。在此基础上,结合网络中各线路的支路开断分布因子,将脆弱线路包含入输电断面的线路构成,从而识别出最终的输电断面。针对输电断面的控制,提出了一种有功安全校正方法。通过原-对偶内点法求解非线性规划模型,进行电力网络的潮流重构,实现消除断面内部线路的有功过载。对IEEE14节点和39节点网络进行了输电断面的识别,并对IEEE 39节点和118节点网络进行了有功安全校正的算例分析和验证。结果表明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。Implementing the identification and control of transmission sections is of great significance for the prevention of chain trip accidents in a power system and the safe and reliable operation of the entire system.A method for identifying transmission sections based on an AP clustering algorithm is proposed.The Euclidean distance of each node is selected,i.e.the geographical division of the power network is realized to identify the initial transmission sections.On this basis,combined with the line outage distribution factor of each line in the network,fragile lines are included in the line composition of the transmission sections,and the final transmission sections are identified.Aiming at the control of the transmission sections,an active power safety correction method for the transmission sections is proposed.The non-linear programming model is calculated by the primal-dual interior point method,and the power flow reconstruction of the power network is implemented to eliminate the active overload of the internal lines of the sections.The transmission sections of the IEEE 14-node and 39-node networks are identified,and the analysis and verification of the safety correction of active power flow on the IEEE 39-node and 118-node networks are performed.The results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
