摘  要:针对当前低密度负荷地区分布式电源(DG)渗透率不断提高、规划期内变电站电压等级过渡缺乏技术支撑的问题,提出了一种乡村地区有源配电网变电站升压改造规划模型。首先,针对35 kV变电站提前退役升压等情况,提出了35 kV变电站在原有站址升压改造或者在新址新建等场景的全寿命周期成本折算等年值的度量方法。其次,以规划期整体全寿命周期成本最优为目标,建立了一种计及DG渗透率的乡村地区变电站升压改造规划模型。再次,为考虑变电站新建或升压后其供电范围变化,提出了基于加权Voronoi图算法和遗传算法相结合的有源配电网低密度地区变电站动态升压规划求解方法,得到中间年各变电站新建与升压时序。最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。There is a lack of method support for the transition of substation voltage level in the planning period in the circumstance where the Distributed Generation(DG)permeability continues to increase in rural areas.Thus a dynamic boost planning model and method for substations in low-load areas of an active distribution network are proposed.First,we take the situation of 35 kV substation decommissioning and voltage boost ahead of schedule.A measurement method is proposed to take the equivalent annual value of the whole life cycle cost conversion of the of 35 kV substation to be boosted in the existing site and the scene of the voltage boost.Secondly,aiming at the optimal overall life-cycle cost in the planning period,a mathematical model of rural substation booster planning with DG permeability is established.Thirdly,considering the variation of the power supply area after the substation is built or boosted,a dynamic boost planning method for rural substations of an active distribution network is proposed,and the time sequence of new substations and boost is obtained,based on a weighted Voronoi graph algorithm and a genetic algorithm.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
