摘  要:以聚多巴胺(PDA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)共交联修饰氧化石墨烯(GO)为改性填料(PDA/PEI-GO),将其加入环氧树脂(EP)制备PDA/PEI-GO/EP复合涂料,在表征复合涂料力学性能基础上,对改性涂料的防腐性能及其耐腐蚀机理进行了表征和分析。PDA/PEI共交联修饰石墨烯分散性良好,且其表面富含N、O活性官能团,PDA/PEI-GO/EP涂料附着性能、表面硬度良好,且在电解液中浸泡7天后的阻抗值、低频阻抗模量分别为纯EP的25倍和9.3倍,这归因于PDA/PEI共交联修饰石墨烯的分散性和界面提升作用优化了石墨烯的隔离防腐功能。Polydopamine(PDA)and polyethylenimine(PEI)were co-crosslink modified with graphene oxide(GO)as modified filler(PDA/PEI-GO),which was added into epoxy resin(EP)to prepare PDA/PEI-GO/EP composite coating.Based on the mechanical properties characterization of the composite coating,the anti-corrosion performance and corrosion resistance mechanism of the modified coating were characterized and analyzed.The PDA/PEI co-crosslinking modified graphene possesses good dispersibility and its surface is rich in N and O active functional groups.The PDA/PEI-GO/EP coating has good adhesion and surface hardness,and its impedance value and low-frequency impedance modulus are 25 times and 9.3 times that of pure EP after being soaked in electrolyte for 7 days,respectively.It is attributed to the dispersion and interface improvement of PDA/PEI co-crosslinking modified graphene,which optimizes the isolation and anticorrosion function of graphene.
