摘 要:天然纤维材料、合成纤维材料以及部分化工中间体由于含大量的发色基团,例如醛、酮、醌类等物质,长时间在阳光、水分等作用下会老化并呈现黄色,为保障产品或中间体良好的外观色泽,以往都采用化学漂白、化学熏蒸的方法进行脱色,缓解材料的老化返黄。过氧化氢是一种温和的漂白剂,主要攻击纤维材料中的羰基结构和醌型结构。为了更直观地反应邻醌发色基团与过氧化氢反应时的变化特性,本实验选用了3,5-二叔丁基邻苯醌模型物与过氧化氢反应,分析了反应产物中邻醌结构的变化情况,为进一步研究通过破坏发色基团来实现纤维材料光稳定性和抗老化,提供理论支撑。The natural fiber materials,synthetic fiber materials and some chemical intermediates contain a large number of chromogenic groups,such as aldehydes,ketones,quinones and other substances,which will age and appear yellow under the action of sunlight and water for a long time.In order to ensure the good appearance and color of products or intermediates,chemical bleaching and chemical fumigation are used to decolorize and alleviate the aging and yellowing of materials.Hydrogen peroxide is a mild bleaching agent,which mainly attacks the carbonyl and quinone structures in fiber materials.In order to more directly reflect the change characteristics of the reaction between the chromogenic group of o-quinone and hydrogen peroxide,the reaction of 3,5-tert butylo-o-quinone model with hydrogen peroxide was used to analyze the change of the structure of o-quinone in the reaction product,providing theoretical support for further research on the optical stability and anti-aging of fiber materials by destroying the chromophore group.
