摘 要:阻尼电阻用于限制阻尼电容充电、放电电流幅值及其变换率di/dt,保证阻尼电容和晶闸管安全、稳定工作,是HVDC换流阀关键器件之一。换流阀阻尼电阻发热量大,一般采用水冷散热。经现场调研,阻尼电阻器主要失效形式是O型圈老化失效、密封性能下降进而发生冷却液渗漏,O型圈性能好坏直接影响阻尼电阻器的使用寿命。该文研究了换流阀阻容电阻O型圈老化机理,结合化学反应速率公式和橡胶材料性能参数变化动力学公式建立了换流阀阻尼电阻器O型圈寿命模型,设计了加速老化试验,通过试验数据处理确定了模型中各项参数,最终估算出样品在实际应力和工作温度下的预期寿命。Damping resistor is one of the key devices of HVDC converter valve,which is used to limit the charging and discharging current amplitude and its conversion rate di/dt,and ensure the safe and stable operation of damping capacitor and thyristor.Damping resistance of converter valve has a large calorific value,so water cooling is generally used to dissipate heat.According to field investigation,the main failure forms of damping resistor are aging failure of O-ring,deterioration of sealing performance and leakage.The performance of O-ring directly affects the service life of damping resistor.In this paper,the aging mechanism of O-ring of resistance-capacitance resistor of converter valve is studied,and the life model of O-ring of damping resistor of converter valve is established by combining the chemical reaction rate formula and the dynamic formula of rubber material performance parameter change.The accelerated aging test is designed,and the parameters in the model are determined by processing the test data,and finally the expected life of the sample under actual stress and working temperature is estimated.
