摘 要:研究了无机填料碳酸钙、高岭土和白炭黑对EVA热熔胶性能的影响。结果表明,当无机填料用量不超过5phr时,碳酸钙、高岭土及白炭黑在热熔胶树脂中分散比较均匀,对热熔胶的粘接性能降低影响不大。碳酸钙和白炭黑的加入提高了其软化点及热稳定性。当超过5phr时,无机填料粒子开始明显团聚,其粘接性能下降。当加入5phr的白炭黑时,EVA热熔胶粘接性能提高,这与白炭黑具有较高的表面活性有密切关系。The effects of inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate,kaolin and silica on the properties of EVA hot melt adhesive were studied.The results showed that calcium carbonate,kaolin and silica dispersed evenly in the hot melt adhesive resin when the amount of inorganic filler was less than 5 phr,and the adhesive properties of the hot melt adhesive were not significantly reduced.The addition of calcium carbonate and silica improved the softening point and thermal stability of the composite.When more than 5 phr,the inorganic filler particles began to agglomerate obviously,and the adhesion properties decreased.The adhesion properties of EVA hot melt adhesive were improved by adding 5 phr silica,which was closely related to the high surface activity of silica.
