摘 要:研究了电离辐射灭菌器在高辐射剂量下对医护无纺布力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:电离辐射显著降低了无纺布的拉伸强度和延伸率,并降低了无纺布的横向伸长率,并且部分经50~60 kGy吸收剂量辐照的无纺布材料不符合国际标准EN 13975-2011的使用要求,潮湿状态下无纺布的拉伸强度和延伸率也有所降低。可为医疗护理行业无纺布的灭菌照射剂量的确定提供借鉴。The effect of ionizing radiation sterilizer on the mechanical properties of medical nonwoven fabric under high radiation dose was studied.The experimental results show that:ionizing radiation significantly reduces the tensile strength and elongation of non-woven fabrics,and reduces the transverse elongation of non-woven fabrics,and some of the non-woven materials irradiated by 50~60 kGy absorbed dose do not meet the requirements of the international standard EN 13975-2011,and the tensile strength and elongation of the non-woven fabrics under wet conditions are also reduced.It can provide reference for the determination of sterilization radiation dose of non-woven fabrics in medical care industry.
