摘 要:对不同掺量的SBS和SEAM改性剂进行复掺并制备了复合改性沥青,同时对复合改性沥青的流变性能进行试验研究,然后利用高低温、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能试验验证了SBS/SEAM复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,与5%SBS相比,3.5%SBS+30%~40%SEAM的高温性能更佳,3.5%SBS+20%~40%SEAM改性沥青具有更好的低温性能;3.5%SBS+30%~40%SEAM改性沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力和抗疲劳性能优于5%SBS,低温性能和水稳定性稍弱。综合考虑改性沥青及其混合料路用性能,推荐改性剂掺量为3.5%SBS+30%/40%SEAM。The composite modified asphalt was prepared by compounding SBS and SEAM modifier with dif ferent contents,and the rheological properties of the composite modified asphalt were studied.Then,the road performance of SBS/SEAM composite modified asphalt mixture was verified by high and low temperature,water stability and anti fatigue performance tests.The results show that the high temperature performance of 3.5%SBS+30%~40%SEAM is better than that of 5%SBS,and that of 3.5%SBS+20%~40%SEAM modified asphalt is better at low temperature.The rutting resistance and fatigue resistance of 3.5%SBS+30%~40%SEAM modified asphalt mixture are better than that of 5%SBS,and the low temperature performance and water stability are slightly weak.Considering the road performance of modified asphalt and its mixture,the recommended dosage of modifier is 3.5%SBS+30%/40%SEAM.
