摘 要:为分析喷涂成型聚氨酯泡沫塑料原材料含水量对自燃事故的影响,制作喷涂成型聚氨酯泡沫塑料,改变制作过程中喷涂成型聚氨酯泡沫塑料原材料的含水量,计算聚氨酯泡沫塑料性能,得到不同原材料含水量的喷涂成型聚氨酯泡沫塑料在不同氧浓度下的自燃点。喷涂成型聚氨酯泡沫塑料。实验结果证明:原材料含水量从20%增加至80%时,处于标准状态的氧浓度环境下,其自燃点也由80℃增加至265℃。喷涂成型聚氨酯泡沫塑料,其原材料含水量增加,会增加与空气中的氧气产生氧化反应的概率,增加聚氨酯泡沫塑料自燃几率,且喷涂成型聚氨酯泡沫塑料原材料含水量越高,所产生的自燃速度越快。In order to analyze the influence of water content on the spontaneous combustion accidents of spray molded polyurethane foam plastics,spray molded polyurethane foam was prepared,the moisture content of the raw materials of polyurethane foam plastics during the production process was changed,and the properties of polyurethane foam plastics were calculated.The self ignition point of spray molded polyurethane foam with different raw materials water content at different oxygen concentrations was obtained.Spray molding polyurethane foam.The experimental results show that when the water content of raw materials increases from 20%to 80%,the spontaneous combustion point of raw materials increases from 80℃to 265℃under the standard oxygen concentration environment.The increase of water content of spray molded polyurethane foam will increase the probability of oxidation reaction with oxygen in air,increase the probability of spontaneous combustion of polyurethane foam,and the higher the water content of polyurethane foam plastics,the faster the spontaneous combustion rate will be.
