地震突发事件的话语构建与舆论引导研究——基于“三亚地震”话题的内容分析

摘　　要：网络舆情作为社会舆情的一种表现形式,社会关注度高、传播速度快、影响范围广,往往突然爆发让人措手不及。因地震灾害与人民群众生命财产直接相关,地震突发事件极易引发网络舆情,其中不乏各类谣言,若不及时处置或处置不当,必将带来较为严重的社会影响。本文以"三亚地震"话题为例,分析了"三亚地震"话题的构建主体类型,并对其舆情产生的主要内容、公众情感及传播区域进行了解析,探讨了地震突发事件舆情的应急管理及舆论引导的意见和建议。As a form of social public opinion,network public opinion has the characteristics of high degree of social concern,fast transmission speed and wide range of influence,which often breaks out suddenly and makes people unprepared.Because the earthquake disasters are directly related to people’s life and property,the earthquake emergency is very easy to cause network public opinion,in which there are many kinds of rumors.If not handled in time or improperly,it will bring more serious social impact.Taking“Sanya earthquake”topic as an example,we will analyze the main types of construction subject of“Sanya earthquake”topic,and the main content,public emotion and communication area of its public opinion.Opinion and suggestions on emergency management of public opinion in earthquake emergencies and the guidance of public opinion will be discussed.
