摘 要:研究了不同固化温度、四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)晶种,以及掺杂元素对 4BS 铅膏制备的影响。采用 SEM、XRD 表征了不同条件下获得的固化铅膏形貌与晶体结构,并用循环性能测试仪测试了蓄电池的电化学性能。固化温度、4BS 晶种对 4BS 铅膏的形成有显著影响,而掺杂元素能抑制或促进 4BS 晶体的生长并影响蓄电池的循环性能。固化温度高于 65 ℃,4BS 铅膏就可以开始形成。4BS 晶种能改变铅膏晶体的分布均匀性与晶粒尺寸,Sb_2O_3 能显著抑制 4BS 铅膏的形成。The effects of different curing temperatures,tetrabasic lead sulfate(4BS)seed and doping elements on the preparation of 4BS cured paste were studied.SEM and XRD were used to characterize the morphology and crystal structure of 4BS cured paste obtained under different conditions.The electrochemical performance of the batteries was tested by a cycling performance tester.It was found that the curing temperature and 4BS seed had a significant effect on the formation of 4BS cured paste,and the doping element could inhibit or promote the growth of 4BS crystal and affect the cycling performance of the battery.The results show that 4BS cured paste can be formed when the curing temperature is higher than 65℃,4BS seed can change the distribution uniformity and grain size of crystal,and Sb2O3 can significantly inhibit the formation of 4BS cured paste.
