摘　　要：设计了一种基于 DC/DC 变压装置的蓄电池远程在线核容装置,通过远程控制单元把蓄电池电压升高至略大于整流器电压,由蓄电池给负载供电,实现远程放电。当达到设定的放电终止条件时,切换为限流充电,系统内充电缓冲单元开始工作。充电完成后,蓄电池恢复正常运行状态,由整流器为蓄电池浮充充电。应用结果表明,该装置运行可靠,核容准确,且能够在线诊断蓄电池的健康状况,可替代传统的人工现场核容作业。A remote online battery verification device based on a DC/DC transformer is designed.The battery voltage is raised to slightly greater than the rectifier voltage through the remote control unit,and the battery supplies power to the load to realize remote discharge.When the set discharge termination condition is reached,it switches to current-limiting charging,and the charging buffer unit in the system starts to work,after the charging is completed,the battery returns to the normal operating state,and the rectifier charges the battery float.Application results show that the device is reliable in operation,accurate in capacity verification,and can diagnose battery health on-line,which can replace traditional manual on-site verification operations.
