摘　　要：党的十九大报告对新时期职业教育发展提出了新要求,"1+X"证书制度应运而生。物流业是支撑国民经济发展的基础性、战略性、先导性产业,如何培养证书制度下与时俱进的物流专业人才,是高职院校面临的一个重要课题。本文试从教育目标、培养模式、教学模式和评价体系4个角度,讨论如何在证书制度下审视和改进自身的不足,同时为高职院校物流管理专业的人才培养提供建议。The report of the 19th CPC National Congress put forward new requirements for the development of vocational education in the new era,and the"1+X"certificate system has been brought forward.Logistics is a basic,strategic and leading industry supporting the development of the national economy.However,how to train logistics professionals in nowadays under the certificate system is an important issue to vocational colleges.This paper tried to discuss how to examine and improve deficiencies from the four perspectives of education goal,cultivation mode,teaching mode and evaluation system under the certificate system.And some suggestions are provided for the personnel training of logistics management major in vocational colleges.
