技术扩散视域下高校教师柔性流动图景——基于信息科学与系统科学学科教师的履历分析

摘　　要：文章以清华大学、北京航空航天大学和东北大学等30所大学1 080位信息科学与系统科学学科教师为例,基于履历信息对技术扩散中高校教师特征、流动模式、国际流动区域进行统计分析。结果表明,柔性流动以工作经历丰富、男性和高级职称教师为主;产业间流动以委托项目、项目协作等短期模式为主,产业内流动以学术组织兼职为主,国际流动区域主要集中于美国、日本。据此,本文提出管理建议。Taking 1080 university teachers of information science and system science as examples who come from 30 universities such as Tsinghua University,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Northeastern University.This paper made statistical analysis of the individual characteristics,mobility mode and international mobility region of university teachers who engaged in technology diffusion based on teachers'CV information.The results show that the flexible mobility is mainly composed of the factors such as rich working experience,male and senior professional teachers.Inter-industry mobility mainly include short-term modes such as commissioned projects and project collaboration,while intra-industry mobility mainly include part-time jobs in academic organizations,and international flows are mainly concentrated in the United States and Japan.Accordingly,the paper put forward management suggestions.
