摘　　要：〔目的〕观察和评价个性化护理在老年重症心力衰竭患者中的效果。〔方法〕以2019年1月至2020年6月某医院收治的66例老年重症心力衰竭患者为研究对象,在随机数字表法下分为对照组与研究组,每组33例患者。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施个性化护理,观察两组护理的效果和护理质量。〔结果〕接受护理后,研究组患者的6 min步行试验、LVEF高于对照组,BNP低于对照组。对护理的满意度研究组高于对照组,心功能指标改善时间早于对照组,治疗总用时少于对照组,P<0.05。〔结论〕在老年重症心肌衰竭患者的护理中应用个性化护理,可以有效改善患者心功能指标水平,减少心脏负担,提高患者生活质量及患者满意度,推荐应用。[Objective]To observe and evaluate the effect and quality of personalized nursing in elderly patients with severe heart failure.[Methods]The elderly patients with severe heart failure admitted to our hospital were included as the research objects,a total of 66 cases,from Jammary 2019 to June 2020.Under the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:control group and study group,with 33 patients in each group.Among them,the control group implements routine nursing,and the study group implements personalized nursing,and observe the effect and quality of care in the two groups.[Results] After receiving nursing care,the 6-minute walk test and LVEF of the study group were higher than those of the control group,BNP was lower than the control group,and the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The improvement time of heart function indicators was earlier than that of the control group.The total time used was less than the control group,P<0.05.[Conclusion] The application of personalized nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with severe myocardial failure can effectively improve the level of new functional indicators of patients,reduce the burden on the heart,improve the quality of life of patients,and have high patient satisfaction.It is recommended to apply.
