摘  要:博士生招生是博士培养质量的重要组成部分。了解报考博士生的学生就读意向和意见对于博士生培养体系的完善具有重要的意义,对于提高博士生培养质量具有促进作用。该文以同济大学生命科学与技术学院2018级、2019级研究生为调查对象,通过解析他们的博士生就读意向,探究影响学生选择继续深造的因素,并基于调查意见提出解决方案,以改善博士生培养环境,提升博士生培养质量。The enrollment of doctoral students is an important part in the quality of doctoral cultivation.It is of great significance for the improvement of the doctoral cultivation system to understand the students’study intention and opinions,which has an important impact on improving the quality of doctoral cultivation.This paper takes the master’s degree students enrolled in 2018 and 2019 studying in the School of Life Science and Technology of Tongji University as the main research object,analyzes the students’intention of doctoral study,explores the factors influencing the students’further study,and puts forward solutions based on the survey opinions,so as to improve the training environment of doctoral students and improve the quality of doctoral cultivation.
