摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,高校就业工作面临的形势更加严峻与复杂。该文分析了疫情防控期间高校推进就业工作面临的困难和挑战,提出要重点关注毕业生的主观思想意识,强化思想引导。二级院系作为高校就业工作的前沿阵地,要通过顶层统筹、凝聚共识,点面结合、精准指导,简化流程、加强培训,明晰责任、明确任务,加强考核、突出奖励等具体措施,进一步狠抓工作落实,有效推进就业工作。During the outbreak of COVID-19,the employment situation in colleges and universities is more complicated and severe.This paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges of college employment promotion under the epidemic situation,and proposes to focus on graduates’subjective ideological awareness and strengthen ideological guidance.As a frontier position for college employment,secondary departments and colleges should grasp the implementation of work and promote employment effectively through specific measures such as highlevel co-ordination and consensus-building,point-to-face integration and precise guidance,streamlined processes and strengthened training,clarified responsibilities and tasks,strengthened assessment and highlighted rewards.
