摘 要:成教医学生的学习心理问题主要表现在学习兴趣方面的厌学心理、学习动机的功利心理、学习过程的畏难心理以及面对考试的敷衍过关心理。这些学习心理问题不解决,必将影响成教医学生的整体培养质量。该文探讨可通过专业课前集中为成教医学生开展一次针对学习心理问题的专题讲座,同时,采用在教学过程中优化教学内容、丰富教学方法与手段、完善考核机制等系列对策,解决成教医学生常见的学习心理问题,以促进其学习进步,提高医学成人教育的培养质量。The psychological problems of adult medical students are mainly manifested in their weariness of learning interest,utilitarian psychology of learning motivation,fear of difficulties in learning process and perfunctory psychology in the face of examination.If these psychological problems are not solved,the overall quality of adult medical education students will be affected.We can give a special lecture on learning psychological problems for adult medical students before the professional courses,at the same time,we should optimize the teaching content,enrich the teaching methods and means,and improve the assessment mechanism to solve the common learning psychological problems of adult medical students,so as to promote their learning progress and improve the training quality of medical adult education.
