摘　　要：大数据、商业智能背景下,管理决策越发依赖于交叉学科的知识融合能力。为积极响应新商科教育教学改革号召和应对新常态人才市场需求,应用型高校工商管理专业应该注重多学科交叉创新人才的培养。特别是突破传统课程独立体系,实现多学科知识融合,强化人才实践能力的培养。In the context of big data and business intelligence,management decision-making is increasingly dependent on the ability of interdisciplinary knowledge integration.In order to actively respond to the call of the reform of“new business”education and teaching,and to respond to the demand for talents under the new normal,the business management major of applied colleges and universities should focus on the cultivation of multidisciplinary and innovative talents,especially break through the independent system of traditional courses,realize the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge,and strengthen the cultivation of practical ability.
