乡村振兴战略下激发黔东南州内生性增长的路径探讨

摘　　要：“十三五”期间,黔东南州脱贫攻坚取得巨大成就,“十四五”即将开启建成富强民主文明和谐美丽社会主义现代化强国的新征程。然而,在日益激烈的市场竞争中,黔东南经济发展后劲相对不足、持续性不强,能否有效提升内生增长的动力,决定着富强民主文明和谐美丽黔东南建设的进程和质量。因此,结合域内外市场特征和演进趋势,针对黔东南资源特点及所面临的问题,创新性地提出黔东南三次产业及创新力方面的对策建议。During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,great achievements have been made in poverty alleviation in southeast Guizhou,and the 14th five year plan is about to start a new journey of building a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern power.However,in the increasingly fierce market competition,economic development in southeast Guizhou is relatively weak,and its sustainability is not strong.Whether it can effectively enhance the endogenous growth power determines the process and quality of building a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful southeast Guizhou.Therefore,combined with the characteristics and evolution trend of the market inside and outside the region,aiming at the resource characteristics and the problems faced by southeast Guizhou,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the three industries and innovation ability of southeast Guizhou.
