摘 要:运用分形理论对台阶爆破块度分布规律进行描述,将断裂力学理论与块度分布规律结合推导了台阶爆破岩石破碎能计算方法。基于相似理论浇筑台阶模型并进行爆破试验,研究不同最小抵抗线条件下台阶爆破岩石块度分布规律、岩石破碎能变化规律,试验结果表明:岩块分形维数随最小抵抗线增大呈线性降低,并且分形维数越小,块度评价指标K_(80)、K越大,岩石破碎效果越差;炸药爆炸能量仅有5%~8%用于岩石断裂破碎,岩石破碎能随最小抵抗线增大呈现出二次函数的变化趋势。将块度分布变化规律与破碎能变化规律相结合评价岩石破碎效果,得到了试验最佳最小抵抗线范围,依据相似准则获得了矿山台阶的最佳最小抵抗线范围,对于矿山生产具有一定的指导意义。Fractal theory is used to describe the distribution rule of fragment size,and the calculation method of fragmentation energy subjected to bench blasting is deduced by combining the theory of fracture mechanics with the distribution rule of fragment size. Based on the theory of similarity,the bench model was built and the blasting test was carried out to study the distribution rule of fragment size and fragmentation energy in bench blasting under different minimum burden conditions. The test result shows that the fractal dimension of fragment decreases linearly with the increase of minimum burden,the smaller the fractal dimension is,the larger the indexes K_(80) and K of fragment are,and the worse the crushing effect is;Moreover,Only 5 to 8 percent of the explosive energy is used to break rock,with the increase of the minimum burden,the fragmentation energy presents a quadratic function;The rock fragmentation effect is evaluated by combining the fragment size distribution rule with the fragmentation energy distribution rule,based on the evaluation results,the optimal minimum burden range was obtained. Finally,the optimum minimum burden range of the mine benches is obtained by using similarity criterion,which has certain guiding significance to mine production.
