摘　　要：人工智能的发展给医疗领域带来重要变革,随着人工智能在疾病诊断、药物筛选、手术治疗、医院管理等领域的应用,大大缓解我国当前医疗服务供需失衡的问题,更有利于为患者提供多样化的医疗服务,其与临床的密切结合给医疗人际关系带来重大影响。人工智能惠及医疗的同时也引起伦理学界的担忧,主要集中在人工智能医疗引发的一系列伦理问题,诸如医学目的、知情同意、隐私保密等。呼吁人工智能专业人士做有责任、符合伦理的研发,在设计中符合医学目的、履行好知情同意、做好隐私保密与安全等,使医疗人工智能设计合理、可控。在具体应用中把握好通用的尊重、有利、不伤害、公正原则。The development of artificial intelligence(AI)has brought significant changes to the medical industry.With the application of AI in disease diagnosis,drug screening,surgery,hospital management and other fields,it greatly alleviates the problem of imbalance between supply and demand of medical service in China,and will better provide a variety of medical services for patients.Its close combination with clinical practice has great influence on medical interpersonal relationship.While AI benefits medicine,it also arouses ethical concerns,such as medical purpose,informed consent,privacy and confidentiality.We expect professionals in the field taking responsibility and ethics into consideration,such as medical purposes,informed consent,privacy and security.Medical AI should be properly designed and measured.Its application should follow the principle of respect,beneficence,no harm and justice.
