摘　　要：民主测评是选拔任用干部的重要环节,常规的纸质测评存在耗时、耗材、耗力和统计烦琐等问题.文章阐述了运用SpringBoot核心架构,通过手机扫描二维码的不记名测评方式,设计和实现了不记名民主测评系统,可以减轻管理人员的工作量,节约考核费用,使考核评价工作更加全面、科学、客观和公正.Democratic evaluation plays an important part in selecting and appointing cadres.Meanwhile,the conventional method is usually counted on traditional paper-based statement,which operates with time-consuming,high cost,labor demanding and tedious statistics.In our study one kind of anonymous democratic evaluation system is introduced using a QR code scanning design,which is implemented on spring boot architecture.The goal is to provide a peak efficiency for evaluation and cut down the cost in assessment affairs,more detail of design and implementation are described in the paper.During test operation the new architecture shows great superiority over early methods,institute could benefit from the boost quality of comprehensiveness,scientificalness,objective and impartiality as well.
