摘 要:小井眼井身结构的显著优势,在神府区块致密气开发中得到了推广应用。但是,在钻井过程中,存在机械钻速慢、工期长、固井漏失、易泥包等问题。为了解决这些问题,从井身结构、钻头、钻具组合等方面进行了改进研究,将井身结构优化为Ф241.5 mm×Ф193.7 mm+Ф165.1 mm×Ф114.3 mm,将钻头由19 mm齿调整为16 mm齿,将Ф88.9 mm钻具优化为Ф101.6 mm钻具。现场作业表明,可以提高机械钻速31%,缩短工期23%,有效避免了固井漏失、钻头泥包等,达到高效钻井的目的,对后续致密气小井眼钻井具有一定的借鉴意义。Due to the significant advantages of slim hole structure,it has been widely used in Shenfu tight gas block.However,in the process of drilling,there are some problems,such as slow ROP,long construction period,cementing leakage,easy to produce bit balling and so on.In order to solve these problems,the wellbore structure,bit and BHA were improved.The wellbore structure was optimized to beФ241.5 mm×Ф193.7 mm+Ф165.1 mm×Ф114.3 mm,the bit was adjusted from 19 mm teeth to 16 mm teeth,and theФ88.9 mm drilling tool was optimized to beФ101.6 mm drilling tool.The field operation shows that the improvements can increase the ROP by 31%,shorten the construction period by 23%,effectively avoid the problems of cementing leakage and bit balling,and achieve the purpose of efficient drilling,which has certain reference significance for subsequent slim hole drilling in tight gas reservoirs.
