摘 要:摩阻和扭矩高是长水平井、三维井和长裸眼段井等作业中普遍存在的问题,提高钻井液的润滑防卡能力是解决该问题的主要措施之一。较为精准地评价钻井液的润滑减磨性,选取合理的钻井液体系和润滑剂成为关键技术。分析了几种常用钻井液润滑性评价方法的优缺点,结合实际需要,在不同条件下选择合理的评价方法。High friction and high torque is common problem in long horizontal wells,three-dimensional wells and long open hole wells.One of the main measures to solve this problem is to improve the lubrication and anti sticking ability of drilling fluid.It is the key to accurately evaluate the lubrication and wear reduction performance of drilling fluid and reasonably select drilling fluid system and lubricant.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used evaluation methods of drilling fluid lubricity,and in practice,reasonable evaluation method should be selected under different conditions.
