摘 要:以某平台井口天然气泄漏为例,建立数值模型,分析泄漏可燃气云燃烧发展过程及高温、热辐射危险性,定量评价可燃气体泄漏引起的火灾危险性,为作业现场火灾灾害防控、逃生路线、救生设备布置等提供参考。结果表明:(1)井口天然气泄漏形成的可燃气云主要分布在井口上方井架附近,形成较大范围的气云;(2)可燃气云被点燃后短时间内即形成稳定喷射火,并释放高温和热辐射;(3)燃烧高温和热辐射将对平台结构和作业人员造成伤害,井口附近19.88 m半径范围内钢结构短时间内失去承载能力,半径48 m内作业人员将受到伤害。Taking the natural gas leakage at the wellhead on a certain platform as an example,a numerical model is established to analyze the combustion development process of the leaked combustible gas cloud and the risk of high-temperature thermal radiation,and quantitatively evaluate the fire risk caused by the combustible gas leakage,so as to provide reference for the fire disaster prevention and control and the layout of escape route,and rescue equipment at the operation site.The results show that:(1)the combustible gas cloud formed by the wellhead natural gas leakage is mainly distributed near the derrick above the wellhead,forming a large range of gas cloud;(2)the stable jet fire is formed within a short time after the combustible gas cloud is ignited,and the high-temperature thermal radiation is formed;(3)the high-temperature thermal radiation formed by combustion will cause damage to the platform structure and operators,the steel structure within the radius of 19.88 m near the wellhead will lose its bearing capacity in a short time,and the workers within the radius of 48 m will be injured.
